Annual Platinum Hardware Support
 
MIA Sports Technology offers a comprehensive annual PLATINUM support contract for your FlightScope system to keep your business critical asset operating at optimum levels and therefore delivering maximum revenues. Platinum support supplements the standard manufacturers warranty adding extra peace of mind.
 
What’s included:
 
- Telephone support 9am – 5pm, 7 days per week

- Remote system diagnostics via Teamviewer Remote desktop software
  (assuming that the user is able to make a broadband connection to his system)

- Loan of FlightScope if unable to repair or if faulty, dispatched within 24 hours

- Repair of FlightScope (including shipping costs)

- Access to FlightScope library of sample data, including Tour players
