- Telephone support 9am – 5pm, 7 days per week
- Remote system diagnostics via Teamviewer Remote desktop software
(assuming that the user is able to make a broadband connection to his system)
- Loan of FlightScope if unable to repair or if faulty, dispatched within 24 hours
- Repair of FlightScope (including shipping costs)
- Access to FlightScope library of sample data, including Tour players
